1. Tap water
The inlet water is municipal tap water.
2. Multimedia filtration
Removal of impurities such as fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, and organic matter in the water.
3. Activated carbon filtration
Remove low-molecular-weight organic matter and free chlorine in water, reduce TOC in water.。
4. Primary and secondary reverse osmosis
Apply a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure to the solution to make the water pass through a special semi-permeable membrane and separate from the solution. It can remove more than 98% of dissolved salts and more than 99% of colloids, microorganisms, particles and organic matter in water.
5. Continuous electric desalination
The mixed ion exchange resin is used to adsorb the anions and cations in the water, and these adsorbed ions are respectively removed through the anion and cation exchange membrane under the action of direct voltage. The water resistivity is 10-18MΩ.CM.
6. Circulation pipeline
The prepared purified water is transported to each water point, and the circulating pipeline is sterilized by ultraviolet rays for 24 hours and pasteurized at 80°C regularly.
